Discount Tire

I went in looking to patch my tire, and they walked me through the process of checking the damaged tire and recommended a full replacement on all my tires! (They were bad and I was definitely over-due) They helped me pick a tire in my budget and recommended certain insurances on the tires to help protect me in the future! A full set of replacement tires took less than 15 minutes! Super friendly staff! I also like that they great you immediately! Saves a ton of time!

I ordered tires online and setup my appointment. The whole process was smooth and very easy to do. Once I arrived at my appt. the team at the store did a great job getting me in and out in under 30mins. Overall just a great experience.

Needed some tires mounted and balanced. I showed up towards the end of the day, without an appointment, expecting to drop them off and come back in a day or 2 when I had time and they did it for me right away. Everyone was nice and professional. Ill definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I've over the last 4 years put tires on 3 cars, and just recently got new rims ob my 2020 Challenger. Everytime I've been here they have been super helpful and suoer chill.. They do great work, and would definitely recommend them for all things tire related.

I went to DISCOUNT TIRE on 3545 EAST CALUMET STREET, Appleton WI. Customers BEWARE ! For two front tires were leaking air. Since I PAID for ALL FOUR, of my NEW Tires, plus Two more New tires from Discount Tire Total COST $1,213.29.. So Luis, took my truck into the shop to check out leaking air tires problem. I told Luis it's front two tires and also he checked out back tires. Which I was facing a BIG glass window looking into the shop. I saw MYSELF, Luis removing ALL four tires on my truck RIMS. After he was done and told me, leaking tire problem is fixed. After getting my truck back, I Checked out and see SCRATCHES / NICKS on ALL FOUR truck RIMS. I TOLD Store Manager Chris Spahr about My INCENDENT on my truck RIMS. DIMWIT Manager, after I explained everything, what happened. My truck RIMS were Not SCRATCHED or NICKS on it . Before Luis drove my truck into the shop. I have pictures. Basically Store Manager Chris Spahr - APPLETON WI, Location. He DID NOT CARE. Cost $$ me, All Four good RIMS. I Do NOT RECOMMEND this Location !!! READ Customers REVIEWS, who had a PROBLEM.
